The FIRST call for papers is now open and will run until the 31 March 2020. Please complete all the details required below to submit your call for papers to SEAFUTURE2020 conference.

Before submitting a call for papers please ensure you have the necessary permissions from your line management to submit and present and also the agreement of any companies/persons whose material you may be including or referring to in the presentation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary permissions in place in advance.

Deadline: 31 March  2020
Duration of the presentation: 30 minutes.
Specifications: The call for papers proposal should include a description of the proposed presentation, results/conclusions, and the technical category most applicable to your abstract from the list of sessions. Submissions should be technical in nature as 'commercial pitches' will not be selected.  Please supply full details of author/presenter.
If Successful:  Authors whose call for papers proposals are accepted may be required to provide the abstract or an amended version for inclusion in the conference proceedings along with a powerpoint presentation.
Expenses: Authors are responsible for all costs incurred in the preparation and deliverance of their presentation, including travel, accommodation and onsite expenses.
